Campus Assistant

Under the direction of the Principal, supervises students before and after school, and during recess and lunch, to ensure a positive and safe environment. The Campus Assistant works cooperatively with the administration and school staff to carry out district rules and policies.

Graduation from High School or equivalent; experience working with students or youth groups desired. Any other combination of training and/or experience that could provide the desired knowledge and abilities may be considered. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Chinese candidates are encouraged to apply– or – such alternative the personnel commission may find desirable. Must possess and maintain a current CPR Certificate and a current First Aid certificate that are in compliance with the standards of the American Heart Association, or American Red Cross, by the time of employment.
