Position: Senior Staff Engineer (EIT)

Civiltec Engineering, Inc. is home to a dynamic crew of engineering professionals, and we are looking for an engineer that is diversified in their skills. The Senior Staff Engineer will be a high‑quality technical contributor and technical lead supporting hydraulic modeling, planning studies, and infrastructure analysis for water distribution and wastewater collection systems.

Some major responsibilities include:

Develop and calibrate hydraulic models (Info Water Pro, Info Sewer, Water Gems) with minimal help from PM or PE
Analyze system capacity, pressure zones, and flow patterns for water distribution and wastewater collection systems
Support planning studies, master plans, and capital improvement programs
Prepare tech memos and exhibits for clients

Preferred qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have advanced experience in hydraulic modeling (preferred Info Water Pro) and strong GIS and data analysis skills using ArcGIS Pro

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
EIT certification
Minimum of 3-5 years of full‑time work experience
Goal oriented with strong skills in problem solving, creativity, and attention to detail
