Worley is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Monrovia, CA. As a global professional services company in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors, Worley is helping bridge the transition to more sustainable energy solutions while continuing to deliver the resources the world depends on today.
Purpose:You will provide process engineering services to Worley and its customers, including technical support and supervision within the process engineering team.
Responsibilities:- Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
- A sound knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the process of engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- A sound knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Competent use of process engineering specific software.
- Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Substantial technical land practical experience in process engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Expert knowledge of process simulation packages such as HYSYS or PRO 11.
- 8 plus years' experience.
- On-site and/or in-refinery experience.
- Oil and Gas experience.
- Saudi Aramco experience.
- This position is in California.
- Salary Range $130,356-$191,703.
- Benefits: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:Required:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in chemical Engineer or related field or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience in petrochemical and refining with project design, execution, construction.
