What You’ll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end integration of hardware subsystems, ensuring seamless interoperability between electrical, mechanical, and material components
  • Develop, refine, and optimize specialized manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Perform FEA simulations and engineering analyses to guide system architecture, fluid dynamics, structural design, and operational performance
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate material durability, process repeatability, and overall system performance
  • Design, assemble, and wire electro‑mechanical test fixtures and data acquisition systems to evaluate prototype functionality
  • Translate high-level technical objectives into practical hardware solutions
  • What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
    • Hands‑on experience integrating complex hardware systems involving mechanical, electrical, and material interfaces
    • Proven success building, scaling, and transitioning laboratory‑scale assemblies into functional prototypes
    • Strong proficiency in Solid Works or equivalent and experience utilizing FEA tools for design optimization
    • Mechanical aptitude for designing, building, troubleshooting, and testing sophisticated hardware systems
    • Working knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals as applied to hardware integration and system validation
    • Exceptional problem‑solving skills with the ability to rapidly learn, master, and document specialized technical processes
    • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative engineering environment
    What Makes You Successful

    You are:

    • A builder who enjoys turning ideas into working systems
    • Equally comfortable in front of a CAD workstation and on the laboratory floor
    • Curious, resourceful, and driven by solving difficult technical challenges
    • Detail‑oriented, yet capable of maintaining a system‑level perspective
    • Passionate about innovation and eager to contribute to breakthrough technologies
    Why Join Us?
