We are looking for a dynamic Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of hands-on engineering, technical consulting, and strategic product growth. If you love solving tough application puzzles, working directly with clients, and seeing your mechanical and electrical solutions deployed globally on live production floors, this is your high-impact playground.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as primary technical authority for assigned advanced equipment lines, delivering pre- and post-sale technical solutions alongside field sales and applications labs.
- Hands-on CAD to design custom modifications on standard machinery, turning complex client requirements into turn-key production reality.
- Test, validate and tear down competitive products to ensure our technology stays ahead. Partner with product management to shape product roadmaps, pricing strategies and launch campaigns.
- Author high-value technical collateral, white papers and application guides. Deliver live demonstrations and presentations at international trade shows, technical seminars and client sites.
- Bridge between R&D, Manufacturing and Sales to ensure custom builds move seamlessly from CAD model to shop floor delivery.
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Science Engineering (or equivalent hands‑on engineering mastery).
- 3–5+ Years of real-world track record - experience in Product Engineering, Applications Engineering or Technical Product Management within industrial automation or machinery manufacturing.
- Practical experience designing or modifying mechanical/electrical assemblies in CAD (Solid Works strongly preferred).
- Ability to talk shop with line operators, hold your own with senior automation engineers and present solutions clearly to executive leadership.
- Active Passport and enthusiasm to travel up to 25% across domestic and international client sites and industry expos.
