Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary who can hit the ground running in a busy defense practice. The ideal Litigation Secretary candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong litigation expertise, preferably in toxic tort and is confident handling filings, case management, and attorney support with minimal supervision.

Litigation Secretary Key

Responsibilities & Requirements:

* Prepare, revise, and proofread litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

* File and serve documents using File & Serve Xpress and handle filings with state and federal courts

* Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and case schedules

* Organize and manage electronic case files using iManage; process documents using Kofax

* Coordinate administrative tasks such as billing, expense reports, and client reporting

* Minimum 5 years of litigation secretary experience; toxic tort experience strongly preferred

* Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently with confidential information
