CNC Machinist: Mills & Lathes Setup Pro; OT

We are hiring CNC Machinists (Mill & Lathe) for one of the nation’s leading plastics manufacturers. These positions are all in Monrovia, CA. The company is currently hiring multiple Machinists across Levels II–IV within its CNC department and is looking for skilled professionals with experience in CNC setup and operation.

In this role, you would be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Key responsibilities include machine setup, tooling changes, program adjustments, quality inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient production while maintaining high quality standards.

Shift:

• 1st Shift; 5:30am-2:00pm
• Required Saturday overtime available with 1.5x pay (half-day only)

Compensation:

• Pay range between $28-$36/hr depending on experience level
• All OT paid at 1.5x (required OT each week)
• Total compensation ranges from $29.27-$39.70* (includes mandatory OT & annual bonus)
• Annual bonus of up to 5%

• 401(K) with up to 4% company match
• PTO (140 hours), sick days (40 hours), and paid holidays

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant CNC machinist experience (Lathe or Mill or both)
• Specifically, Machine Set-Up experience, not operation only
