Electro Mechanical Assembler

JSG is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for our client in Monrovia, CA. Pay rate: $21-$23.

Skills:

Five years’ experience as an assembler of electro‑mechanical assemblies. High School Diploma or GED. J-STD-001 Certification preferred.

• Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Build and test a varied range of precision mechanical assemblies and/or electronic assemblies to an elevated level of quality and efficiency using crimpers, small hand tools, and soldering equipment.
• Perform housekeeping and clean‑up duties upon completion of assigned tasks.
• Periodically perform job tasks while viewing work through a microscope.
• Provide advanced manufacturability inputs to reduce product cost and increase reliability.

Knowledge of IPC soldering and crimping standards is a plus.
