Systems Assembler / Wire Bonding / Soldering – Monrovia, CA

Pay rate: $23‑31

• Assemble, calibrate, set up, and test a wide range of precision mechanical, pneumatic, and electric assemblies to a high level of quality.
• Complete or finalize modified products with limited direction using experience and analytical skills.
• Assemble prototypes with limited input from the engineering department.
• Provide manufacturing inputs to reduce product costs, build time, and product reliability.
• Use basic test instruments to troubleshoot workstations, products, and assemblies.
• Perform light machining operations, including use of belt sander, saw, grinder, drills, and similar tools.
• Work safely in and around an industrial manufacturing facility.
• Highly efficient and maintain excellent quality standards.
• Support assembly, stockroom, and quality tasks outside of the own department.

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or a related field, or advanced electronic and mechanical assembly skills.
• 4 to 6 years of experience as an electrical and mechanical assembly technician.
• Background in precision electro‑mechanical manufacturing.
• Ability to understand electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic models, schematics, and drawings in English.
