Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of related assembly experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and crimping tools
- Knowledge of common hardware and assembly components
Job Duties
- Assemble and integrate UPS systems using engineering drawings, BOMs, and visual references
- Install wiring, cabling, PCB boards, and hardware components
- Perform crimping and soldering as required
- Verify incoming materials and ensure correct components are used
- Route wiring and complete assemblies according to specifications
- Follow written, verbal, and visual work instructions
- Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting production goals
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.

As a Electromechanical Assembler you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.
