The impact you’ll make in this roleAs a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works the 3rd shift (Sun – Thurs; 10 pm – 6:30 am) and includes starting pay of $21.12/hour + shift premium.
Responsibilities- Operating manual or semi-auto equipment
- Performing repetitive motions
- Assembling
- Staging
- Reworking
- Order pulling
- Bin replenishment
- Packaging
- Loading/unloading
- Performing in-process inspection of small parts produced complying with MOD and specification requirements
- Separating defective parts and reporting to management
- Meeting quality and productivity standards as established by the department
- Following all department and corporate procedures regarding safety, quality, environmental, regulatory, etc.
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start OR 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role)
- Ability to work 3rd shift (Sund – Thurs; 10 pm – 6:30 am)
- Entry level production/manufacturing experience
- Prior experience working for 3M or Solventum as a contingent worker
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings/specifications
