A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available under Dr. Nagarajan Vaidehi within the department of Computational and Quantitative Medicine.

This project involves developing and applying interpretable machine learning methods to uncover allosteric regulation of disordered regions in G-protein coupled receptor dynamics to enable the design of allosteric modulators. The role includes working on the development of design principles for targeted protein degradation in collaboration with pharmaceutical partners.

Your qualifications should include:

• PhD or M.D. in Chemistry, Physics, or Biochemistry with experience in protein dynamics studies.
• Knowledge of statistical thermodynamics, Python scripting, and C++ programming.
• Familiarity with Molecular Dynamics methods and experience in code development is preferred.
