• Welcome all customers and set expectations with customers
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses
• Act as a leader in optical acumen
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology accurately and efficiently under time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and use of appropriate tools
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, think forward, and ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded in a solution‑driven manner
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies
• Take pride in store appearance, helping to keep the store clean, attractive and organized
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices
• Be resourceful, self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement and results
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management

• High school graduate or equivalent
• State licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, team builder
• Knowledge of current store merchandise
• Strong basic math skills
• Awareness of current fashion trends
• Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators
• Embrace new technology and change

• Previous customer service and retail experience

Pay Range: 25.02 - 39.02. Employees may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan that complements a first‑class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
