In carrying out these responsibilities, the Instructional Aide shall:
* Instruct students as assigned
* Follow student specific programming
* Provide reinforcement strategies
* Use appropriate prompting procedures
* Experience with behavior de-escalation strategies preferred
* Restraint training experience preferred
