Maintenance Technician

Monson, MA

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs for equipment, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and facility systems.
• Assist with installation, upgrades, and perform daily preventive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance items, such as light‑bulb and filter changes.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs completed and verify maintenance ticket completion.

• Highly detail‑oriented and organized, ensuring efficiency and quality in your work.

• Adaptable, able to balance multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high standards.
