Key Responsibilities:

• Guide operational strategies for the hotel

• Ensure adherence to Fairmont's luxury standards

• Mentor and lead department heads

• Oversee financial management and forecasting

• Represent the hotel in the absence of the General Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years in luxury hotel management roles

• 2+ years at the Executive Committee level

• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and revenue management

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
