Empower nonprofits as a Partner Success Operations Specialist s part-time role focuses on optimizing partner onboarding and ensuring excellent customer success operations remotely.
With a commitment of 20-25 hours a week, you'll work closely with various partners, enhancing their experiences through effective operational strategies. We seek individuals with a detail-oriented and proactive approach who are passionate about solving challenges in a supportive environment. Your contributions will drive Free Will's mission to assist nonprofits worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Partner Success processes for accurate and timely execution
• Address partner configuration updates and urgent issues
• Implement workflow automations using Churn Zero
• Foster effective project management for large partners
• Create and maintain process and training documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer success operations with SaaS companies
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Quick adaptability to new tools and systems
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken
• Competence in remote collaboration tools
Utilize your strengths in customer success to impact nonprofits positively through Free Will.
