The CHO at MHG is crucial to the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency and strategic direction within the Hotel Division. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead partnerships with hotel management for optimal performance

• Ensure teams adhere to MHG’s core values and culture

• Assess and implement strategies for each hotel property

• Conduct guest experience evaluations and property visits

• Support management development and succession planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in hospitality or business management

• 5+ years of General Manager or upper management experience

• Valuable experience with boutique hotel operations

• Must have finance and budget analysis expertise

• Valid driver's license and availability for travel across PEI
