Position: Director of Operations at The Alley
Join The Alley as the Director of Operations, overseeing its growth and exceptional guest service in Charlottetown. Drive initiatives that enhance customer experiences and lead a high-performing team.

This key leadership role encompasses daily operations of The Alley and Murphy's Community Centre, where you will focus on hospitality, food and beverage services, and guest entertainment. You will play a pivotal role in training and developing your staff while driving performance metrics and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hospitality and entertainment services daily

• Achieve high standards of service and operation

• Recruit, train, and mentor team members

• Strategize for events, promotions, and partnerships

• Optimize budgets, labor costs, and compliance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in leadership roles within hospitality

• Experience in managing multiple departments

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge in food safety and health regulations

• Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules
