Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles

• Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the hiring process

• Advise on immigration eligibility and documentation

• Maintain candidate pipelines through various partnerships

• Monitor immigration application processes and statuses

Requirements:

• Must possess a current RCIC license or equivalent

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment

• Familiar with LMIA and immigration regulations

• Exceptional communication skills

• Skilled in using applicant tracking systems
