12hr-D Shift (United States of America)

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems.
• Demonstrate safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Adhere to punctuality and the work schedule.
• Work collaboratively as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes to drive change within the plant.
• Follow company General Manufacturing Policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, clutter‑free work area.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mold and mechanical adjustments as needed.
• Ensure production of quality bottles by operating blow‑mold/PET/injection molding machines.
• Follow blow‑mold process procedures and quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process problems.
• Inspect bottles during production, packaging, and labeling; conduct drop tests and other quality checks.
• Make adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Escalate abnormalities, defects, and quality issues immediately.
• Monitor and replenish packaging material supplies.
• Select used bottles, place them into bins or a grinder if necessary.
• Verify correct labeling, bottle description, and packaging according to customer requirements.
• Move finished goods to designated areas.
• Prepare and document daily production reports, including rejects and line efficiencies.
• Prepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs.
• Follow instructions from Lead Operator or Supervisor.
• Receive assistance for unusual problems and review work for professional judgment.
• Perform duties assigned by management and adapt to plant variations.
• Work reasonable mandatory overtime as required by business needs.

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Basic computer experience.
• Experience with blow‑mold operations.

Prefer a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) degree.

Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Stand, walk, use hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach out, over, and below with hands and arms; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. Noise levels are usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.

Targeted pay range: $21.00 – $26.88 per hour.
