• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford, Lincoln, and all other makes and models
• Perform routine services such as brakes, tires, oil changes, and inspections
• Complete complex mechanical and electrical repairs with accuracy and care
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure outstanding customer service
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

• Red Seal Certification (preferred) or 5+ years of proven automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Detail‑oriented approach with a commitment to high‑quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
