Premium auditor, Financial Analyst

• Schedule and conduct premium audits with policyholder contacts, either in‑person or virtually, to determine accurate final premiums
• Prepare detailed reports of audit findings to assist underwriting with risk assessment
• Ensure audits are completed in accordance with departmental production, quality, and timeliness standards
• Serve as a technical resource to internal and external stakeholders, including agents and policyholders
• Review and resolve audit disputes while communicating resolutions among stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, insurance, or a related business field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong math and accounting aptitude with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze, research, and resolve audit issues
• Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report as travel is required

• Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and applicable Workers’ Compensation regulations and classifications
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with minimal supervision
• Experience managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
