Accounts Payable Clerk
A company near Missoula, Montana is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This position will primarily support the Controller with accounts payable processing while also assisting with front office responsibilities, including answering phones and providing customer support. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity offering approximately 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate records
- Assist with payment runs and AP-related administrative tasks
- Support the Controller with day-to-day accounting functions
- Answer incoming calls and greet customers as needed
- Provide general administrative and office support
