The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time or part-time Accounting Clerk to join our team at Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone, Montana. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. You will also collaborate with team members to prepare weekly and monthly operating results.
This position can be located in West Yellowstone, MT or in Bozeman, MT.
Pay$20.00 – $25.00 / hour

- Review electronic direct invoices for proper accountability and weekly balancing
- Other duties as assigned
- Degree in Accounting, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks
- Prior accounts payable experience preferred
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices
- Above average Microsoft Office skills and computerized accounting skills is required
- Strong guest service orientation, with a focus on accuracy in handling confidential information
