Koniag Advisory Business Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Project Coordinator I (Part‑Time) to support KABS and our government customer in Harlem, MT.

This is a part‑time, on‑site support position for a 12‑month period of performance. Personnel shall work a standard schedule, up to 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, excluding federal holidays.
Koniag Advisory Business Solutions (KABS), a subsidiary of Koniag Government Services (KGS), is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator I to support the leadership team at the Fort Peck Service Unit. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operational workflow and effective internal controls while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
The Project Coordinator I provides administrative and coordination support to program, clinical, and leadership staff at the Indian Health Service (IHS), Fort Belknap Service Unit to promote smooth day‑to‑day operations and timely completion of assigned tasks. This position supports internal workflow, communication, documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up activities that help ensure efficient program and service unit operations.
As a Project Coordinator I, you serve in a support role, helping maintain organization across assignments, meetings, records, and operational activities while ensuring professional interaction with staff, patients, and external partners, as appropriate to the role.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To- Support program operations through scheduling activities, coordinating meetings, and tracking action items.
- Prepare, maintain, and update routine program documentation, reports, logs, spreadsheets, and trackers.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal coordination between departments and with external partners, as directed by Service Unit leadership.
- Assist with data entry, record maintenance, document filing, and document control.
- Track requests, assignments, due dates, and follow‑up items in support of leadership and program staff.
- Provide general administrative support related to program operations, including routing correspondence and maintaining shared files and records.
- Assist with coordination of site visits, trainings, meetings, and other operational activities as requested.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with staff, patients, and external partners, consistent with the responsibilities of the role.
- Support organizational and operational continuity by helping ensure tasks, records, and communications are properly documented and followed through to completion.
- Perform other related administrative and coordination duties within the scope of the position as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one (1) year of administrative, office support, project support, or coordination experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work professionally with staff, leadership, patients, and external partners, as appropriate.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently with general direction and coordinate effectively with others.
