Corporate Receptionist – Permanent Position
As part of the Onet Accueil branch in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier, you will join the team at one of our clients' sites in Gravelines on a permanent, 35-hour-per-week contract.
In this context, your main tasks are as follows:
- Physical and telephone reception
- Ordering Meal Trays / Breakfast
- Vehicle Reservations / Taxis
- PPE Management
- Access management
- Meeting room reservation
- Request for Assistance
- Mailings
- Mail and parcel management (incoming and outgoing mail processing, franking)
- Various tasks - logistics of daily life
- Knowledge of computer tools and EDF policies
Position available starting August 1, 2026
Your attention to detail and commitment to service are well established. Politeness, initiative, and a genuine ability to work well with others are natural parts of your character.
You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
