Corporate Receptionist – Temporary Replacement

As part of the Onet Accueil branch in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier, you will join the team working on-site at one of our clients' locations in Gravelines. In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

• Physical and telephone reception
• Ordering Meal Trays / Breakfast
• Vehicle Reservations / Taxis
• PPE Management
• Access management
• Meeting room reservation
• Request for Assistance
• Mailings
• Mail and parcel management (incoming and outgoing mail processing, franking)
• Various daily life logistics tasks
• Knowledge of computer tools and EDF policies

Replacement dates:
July 1 through July 21 and August 17 through August 28. In addition to the dates listed, we would appreciate your availability on an as-needed basis to cover for absences.

Your attention to detail and commitment to service are well established. Politeness, initiative, and a genuine ability to work well with others are natural parts of your character. You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
