The direction of the welcome of the relationship to the inhabitant and of the citizenship is in charge of the development of the quality of the relationship inhabitant and of the daily steps of the inhabitants in proximity. In this framework, you welcome and accompany the inhabitants in their different administrative and civil status steps.

Ø Welcome and instruction of the administrative steps of the inhabitants

You welcome, take charge of and manage the administrative steps of the inhabitants:
· Titles of identity: renewal, creation, registration upon reception
· Electoral list: request of inscription, change of address
· Citizen census: management of the requests
· Certificate of welcome: taking of appointments, constitution of the dossier, delivery
· Various documents: legalization of signature, certificate of life, certificate of cohabitation, etc…

Ø Welcome and instruction of the civil status steps and accompaniment of the ceremonies

· Marriages: management of the agenda, appointments, constitution of the dossier, ceremony
· Golden weddings: constitution of the dossier, ceremony
· Republican godparentings: constitution of the dossier, ceremony
· Civil status acts: issuance and modification of the acts
· Keeping of the registers:
· Change of first name: constitution of the dossier
· Births: declarations, anticipations and post births
· Family booklets: creation and updating
· Pacs: registration, dissolution, modification and archiving
· Deaths: declaration, exhumations, cremation/dispersion of ashes, certificate of inheritance, etc…

Ø Participation in the life of the equipment

You ensure occasionally the first welcome physically and by telephone to the welcome of the town hall
· You participate occasionally in the opening and closing of the doors of the town hall of the neighborhood
· You receive and sort the mail arriving at the town hall of the neighborhood

Art.
