Role DescriptionThe Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Eureka, MT, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and supporting both internal staff and external partners. This role manages administrative tasks such as scheduling, recordkeeping, handling correspondence, and maintaining office files and supplies. The Office Manager coordinates front‑desk activities, greets visitors, answers phone calls and emails, and ensures that guest and owner inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include organizing office workflows, preparing reports, supporting billing or invoicing processes, and ensuring that office equipment and systems are functioning properly. The Office Manager also collaborates with management and team members to improve procedures, support special projects, and uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in the office.
- Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules, records, and general office workflows.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or relevant certifications in business or administration are a plus.
