Location: Hardin

Drive sales growth and achieve targets across all channels including General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and emerging channels such as horeca, on premise and wholesale etc.

Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies to increase product penetration, market share, and brand visibility across all trade channels.

Lead and manage the sales team to ensuring high performance and motivation.

Manage distributor operations, ensuring stock availability visibility, effective coverage, timely deliveries, and adherence to company standards and policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, modern trade accounts, general trade retailers, and channel partners to secure business growth.

Monitor market dynamics, providing insights and proactive action plans to maintain competitive advantage.

Track and analyze sales performance, channel profitability, and sell-in/sell-out data to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Ensure proper trade spend management and compliance with discounting, credit, and policies across all channels.

Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, trade marketing, and finance teams to support effective execution and customer satisfaction in each channel.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sales Manager within the FMCG industry, preferably with exposure to both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.

Proven ability to manage distributors, field sales teams, and key account relationships.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and develop actionable plans.

Good understanding of channel dynamics, market trends, and consumer behavior across different retail formats.

Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
