Attached to the Proximity Service and in close collaboration with the Site Manager, your main mission will be to contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Ensuring regular contact with clients
• Conducting housing visits
• Writing reports and action plans following visits
• Providing improvement suggestions for client complaint handling
• Optimizing relationships with our suppliers
• Organizing the delivery of new housing

Contract:

An internship contract for a duration of one year starting from September 2026. The position is available in Orchies; a B permit and a vehicle are required (frequent travel).

This internship is perfect for you if:
You are ideally pursuing a second year of BTS Real Estate, Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management or equivalent internships and you have a keen interest in the social housing sector.

You are known for your adaptability, initiative, and organization. You are proficient in computer tools (Office Suite).
