Join our team as a housing rental manager and become the preferred contact for clients, offering them a personalized and quality experience.

As a housing rental manager, you will ensure the rental of housing, with the aim of reducing vacancy times.

Your main duties will include:

• Managing and analyzing housing demand with a search for solutions adapted to clients;
• Advising clients and marketing housing;
• Carrying out targeted prospecting of salaried applicants who may have access to housing (LLI and others);
• Managing the allocation of housing (visit, signing of lease...);
• Preparing CAL (Housing Allocation Commissions)

With a minimum education level of Bac+2 / BTS in Real Estate or Commerce, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in social housing, allowing you to master HLM regulations and allocation processes.

We are also looking for key human qualities to succeed: commercial skills, a sense of customer service, and a culture of results.

You are proficient with computer tools (Word, Excel, Office 365). Knowledge of the Ikos software would be a plus.

A driver's license (B) is mandatory.
