Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly
Paws Up Montana is seeking a Glamping Activities Attendant to oversee the Glamping Recreation Center and maintain the equipment, including but not limited to a fleet of electric fat tire bikes and all fishing equipment used by the Glamping guests. Candidates must be able to service bicycles and fishing equipment.
Qualified candidates should have a strong luxury hospitality mindset and a positive team-oriented attitude. A love of the outdoors and an adventurous spirit are crucial. The desire to work as a team and go above and beyond is what makes our Resort so special.
Applicants with availability April/May-September/October will be given priority.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities- Ensure cleanliness of Glamping rec center and Glamping activities equipment.
- Assist guests with Glamping activity inquiries.
- Maintenance of all gear and equipment associated with the Glamping Rec center.
- Oversight of the Glamping rec center check in and check out process.
- Inventory of all equipment.
- Recommend seasonal fly patterns and general fishing advise.
- Repair and maintain both fly fishing and spool reel fishing rods.
- Repair and maintain fleet of Fat tire e-bikes.
- Submit requisitions for repair parts and general supplies.
- Remains flexible with open availability to cover business needs of the Resort.
- Takes personal ownership of all guest feedback and requests.
- Anticipates all guest needs and resolves any potential issues.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of accommodations, special events, activities, package plans, and Resort facilities.
- Expert knowledge of Maestro PMS, the Paws Up app, Microsoft Teams and all other Resort programs systems.
- Completes other tasks as needed around the Resort.
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work.
- Basic kitchen safety and cleaning knowledge.
- Ability to operate dishwashing machine.
- Knowledge of Luxury hospitality and service.
