Position Overview
The Project Manager will lead the entire life cycle of assigned projects, providing leadership to the Project Superintendent, subs, and suppliers and ensuring a quality and timely construction process.
Day to Day Responsibilities- Job planning
- Subcontractor selection & agreements
- Budget creation and control
- Handled all project documentation:
Buy Outs, Purchase Orders, Insurance Certifications, bonds, etc - Create project schedule & ensure milestones are met
- Review & process shop drawings, change orders, submittals
- Work with project owners, architects, subcontractors, etc
- Ensure quality assurance and control
- Lead daily and weekly project meetings to ensure uniform communication across team
- Project Management construction experience
- Ground up build experience
