Construction Labor / Trades, Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects. You will be involved in a variety of tasks on the job site, including assisting skilled tradespeople, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Our ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up materials.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment as directed by site foremen and supervisors.
- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute positively to team dynamics and project goals.
- All other job duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adhere to safety regulations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.
Job Type: Seasonal with long-term potential;
Full-time, Monday-Friday
