Turner-Staffing-Group is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator / Project Manager to lead estimating and execution for earthwork, utilities, and site development. You will develop accurate cost estimates, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate field operations on civil construction projects.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in heavy civil estimating or PM, proficiency with Heavy Bid and Plan Swift, and a civil engineering or construction management background.
