Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using hotel software
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide pre-arrival support
- Process payments and verify credit transactions
- Maintain smooth front desk operations and lobby flow
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
4-5 days per week with flexible scheduling and occasional additional hours
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computers and multitasking
- Ability to work well in a team and resolve issues efficiently
