Generation Hospitality’s Hibernation Station in West Yellowstone, MT seeks a welcoming Guest Service Representative. You will be the first face and voice for guests, handling reservations, check-ins/outs, and inquiries to ensure a seamless stay.
You’ll coordinate with housekeeping and management, provide local recommendations, and uphold a five-star guest experience. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.
