The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Front Desk Clerks to join our team at Yellowstone Vacations in West Yellowstone, Montana. As a Front Desk Clerk, you must be friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused when addressing guests, so making a great impression is key. Pay$14.00 – $17.00 / hour

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, registering, and assisting guests throughout their visit
- Answer phone inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and manage reservations
- Process customer payments, including credit card transactions, cash handling, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Outfit guests with appropriate attire and equipment for their scheduled activities
- Resolve guest concerns and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Reconcile daily transactions, verify charges, complete required paperwork, and perform other assigned duties
- Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone
- Ability to read and comprehend the standard operating procedures manual
- Must be able to multitask and function professionally under pressure from guests and supervisors
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout the shift
