COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- $275k Base Salary
- $30,000 Sign on Bonus
- $15,000 Relocation assistance
- Student Loan Repayment through NHSC or IHS

- Employer matches 11.5% of annual salary. - 35 Days of PTO + 14 Paid Holidays
