We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pulmonologist to join our growing health system in Great Falls, MT. Work alongside a supportive team including two experienced pulmonologists—one of whom provides critical care coverage and consultations—in a setting that values innovation, work-life balance, and outstanding patient care.

• General outpatient Pulmonology with opportunity to add Sleep Medicine if desired
• New bronchoscopy lab, with Bronchoscopy and EBUS capabilities
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Open to a 4-day, 10-hour work week
• Light, shared call schedule

• Acute Care Hospital featuring:
• 36 inpatient beds
• 10-bed Open ICU
• 5 ORs + 4-OR Surgery Center with dedicated 5 observation beds
• 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit
• 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by highly experienced team

• Full complement of in-house referring specialties

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Montana
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Interest in Sleep Medicine is a plus but not required
