Ronan Eye Clinic is an established private optometric practice serving Montana's beautiful Mission Valley. We are seeking an optometrist to join our team as we continue a long tradition of providing comprehensive eye care to our community.
THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a full-scope position with an established patient base and experienced support staff. You'll have the opportunity to practice independently while working in a collaborative private-practice environment. Our practice provides comprehensive eye examinations, medical eye care, emergency visits, contact lenses, and optical services to patients of all ages.
CompensationWe are open to structuring compensation around the right candidate and are considering a combination of: competitive guaranteed base salary, 20% of net collections with production-based upside, 401K, Health Reimbursement Plan, partnership or ownership opportunity for the right doctor.
The compensation structure is designed to provide the security of a guaranteed income while allowing a productive doctor to benefit financially from the care they provide.

WHY PRIVATE PRACTICE?If you are looking for something different from corporate optometry, this position offers the opportunity to develop lasting patient relationships and practice in an established independent clinic. You'll work alongside an experienced team while having the autonomy to practice optometry the way you were trained. For a doctor interested in private practice ownership, there may also be an opportunity to develop a long-term path toward partnership or practice ownership.
