The Role:

We are looking for a passionate, team-oriented elementary educator who is dedicated to making learning exciting, meaningful, and accessible for all students. In this role, you will create and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of your classroom while building a welcoming environment where every child feels confident exploring new ideas. As an important member of our Professional Learning Community (PLC) and as we continue to develop the MTSS system, you will collaborate with colleagues to support student growth and use tools like Chromebooks and Infinite Campus to enhance instruction and track progress.

Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a package that respects your expertise and supports your future:
Starting Salary: $42,863 to $50,863 (MA +10 with no experience)
Experience Credit:
We credit up to four years of prior experience. New hires can earn up to $55,663 (MA + 10)
Health & Wellness: $830/month district contribution toward health insurance.
Professional Support: $1,500 annual educational reimbursement plus district-paid license renewal fees.
Teaching License Fee covered by the District
