JOB TITLE:

Early Learning (Pre-K) Teacher

POSITION SUMMARY:

Thompson Falls School District is seeking a dynamic, full-time elementary teacher for the 2026-27 academic school year. Assignment will be in our new Early Learning Class for 4-year-old students.  Knowledge of district educational initiatives such as MTSS and Love and Logic are helpful but not required.  Potential extra-curricular coaching opportunities may exist. Applicants must be able to meet the qualifications for appropriate Montana certification and endorsement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Deliver instruction and assess academic growth for early learning students with a broad range of abilities. Plan and develop lessons suitable for the early learning setting following curriculum guidelines of district and state standards. Establish and maintain a positive classroom environment while motivating students to develop skills of a 21st Century learner. Other duties as assigned.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Reports to building principal.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
