Elementary Special Educaion Teacher: K - 5th
Absarokee Public Schools has an opening for a Elementary Special Education Teachers for the 2026-27 school year. Absarokee accepts 7 years of experience. 13 discretionary days, single coverage insurance, which includes $2000 in a HSA, are offered to each educator. Free breakfast and lunch provided for all staff. The caseload would be approximately 10 studetns, with paraprofessioanl support
Absarokee Public School is a great place to work as we have small class sizes (average of 12), minimal behavior issues, and a friendly staff to work with. We are a 4 day school week district.
Absarokee is a wonderful community that supports the staff and the students. We have high academic standards and expectations for our students. Absarokee is a short 50 minute drive to Billings, 20 minutes to Columbus and there is great hunting every fall. Red Lodge Mountain is only 35 minutes away.
