2025-26: $41,613 - $57,436 determined by education and experience; 2026-27: TBD

POSITION SUMMARY:

Teacher with a Montana secondary 5-12 endorsement to teach Math, including Geometry, Study Skills, Tech Math, and potentially two to three electives, according to curriculum guidelines of District and state requirements at the high school level of education. The courses taught may be subject to change. Position also includes class advisor and regular supervisory duties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful applicants will be expected to follow the Standards of the Montana Office of Public Instruction (OPI), write lesson plans that cover and assess those standards, be appropriately licensed with a 5-12 math endorsement in accordance with state statutes and Board of Public Education rules, and have the ability to effectively present information at the level required and respond to questions from students, parents, staff, and the community.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

Reports to the High School Building Principal.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

* This position is a 1.0 FTE, 166-day contract days based on a 4-day school week calendar.

* Position qualifies for insurance and retirement benefits. Collective gaining agreement is available at school website
