Big Sandy Schools is seeking applications for a 1st Grade Elementary Teacher position for the school year at F.E. Miley Elementary School.
Big Sandy School District currently has an enrollment of 190 students K-12. We are a 1:1 Chromebook school district and are dedicated to the continuation of integrating technology into our curriculum. We are a 4 day week which has been very positive for our school and community.
Starting wage is a minimum of $41,615 and the District allows the successful candidate to bring up to 10 years of experience. There is a $1,500 signing bonus for the successful applicant. Moreover, we provide a strong mentoring program for new teachers to the district and support your growth and development, giving you the tools to be successful. F.E.
