Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available with an itinerant caseload serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role involves conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to support student learning and well-being across multiple school sites in the Lambert, Montana area.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and interpret psychological assessments for students K-12
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized interventions
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Support the development of behavioral and academic plans based on assessment results
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Travel between assigned schools within the service area to deliver direct services
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting assessments across diverse K-12 populations
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, educational systems, and special education laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with school teams and families
- Ability to manage an itinerant caseload efficiently and independently
