Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school psychologist is needed to provide specialized support in educational settings, focusing on student assessment, counseling, and intervention planning. This travel position is based in Belt, MT, serving various schools within the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct psychological assessments for students to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and behavioral interventions to support student well-being and academic success.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional insights.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Valid certification or license as a school psychologist.
- Experience working in educational environments, preferably with diverse student populations.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel between schools as required.
